"Dr. Bernstein was great. Before you can even meet with her she requires you to go to a support group meeting. They explain everything there, plus get to meet some of her patients. Once you do meet for your consultation she makes sure you understand all the pros and cons that can happen. She also has a book that she would like for you to read. She really wants you to be prepared for surgery and after surgery. Her nurse (Maxine) sent the paper work to the insurance company. Maxine was great and never got irritated at my calls and questions. Everyone was very supportive. "
