"The hospital was very accommodating prior to surgery for tours...when my date finally came...I noticed many of the staff were from Temp agencies - some knew nothing about WLS patients...I did not recieve my daily meds and one being asthma meds caused me to go into an attack...the experience was frighting...also they had faulty equipment...the 1st night - the monitors weren't working properly all I kept hearing is "ah...this is broke...ah this is broke...then I see a crash cart out of the corner of my eye...I was shocked...imagine what I was thinking...but it was the only piece of equipment that was working that could give an ekg ready...They definitely need to make some changes to improve."

This program is great - at first I didn't like the idea of waiting 6-8 wks and doing the actual eating habits I would be doing for the rest of my life, but as the weeks progress I understand the concept behind the reason!
