Karen, Best of luck with your surgery. I had mine March 18, 2002 and am down 33 pounds as of two weeks ago. You are going to be a success story. Know that you are giving yourself the very best gift there is. You shall be in my prayers. God bless!

Karen, I am excited for you. We all get disappointed when things are not moving along as fast as we want them to, but sometimes we just need to learn to be still and let God work. I will contact you as soon as I have the strength. Keep walking girl and the water does get better!

I am so thrilled for you. I hope all goes well and that you have a problem free recovery and a speedy weight loss. Please do yourself a favor and start drinking your water NOW!!! Start walking NOW!!!! You will make it so much easier on yourself. My husband and I both had wls in 2001 and have lost a combined total of 280 lbs. It is a wonderful feeling!!!
