Hi all! Stacie called me from the hospital last night and we chatted awhile. She was very upbeat and did not sound like someone who had been through surgery the day before. She is doing great and is very likely home with her family as I write this (7:30 pm EST). She had very little discomfort upon waking in the recovery and was soon up and walking about. She had an allergic reaction to the self-administered pain meds (morphine than dilaudid) so they gave her something orally. I'm sure she can't wait to update her profile herself and fill in the details.

Hi Stace! I'm praying for you girl! I've been thinking about you for the past 3 days now. I met Elaine yesterday at my pre-op class and we both talked about how wonderful you are and how we were praying for you! I know now that you weren't in surgery yet but you were on your way! I hope to hear from you soon and I knew you would be fine! You are on the other side now and I'm coming to join you a week from today! God Bless!

I SAID A PRAYER FOR YOU TODAY~*~ I said a prayer for you today And know God must have heard- I felt the answer in my heart Although He spoke no word I didn't ask for wealth or fame, I knew you wouldn't mind, I asked Him to send treasures Of a far more lasting kind, I asked that He'd be near you At the start of each new day, To grant you health and blessings And friends to share your way. I asked for happiness for you In all things great and small, But it was for His loving care I prayed the most of all.~*~Hugs~*~

Hi all! It's 8:11 pm and I just called the hospital. Stacie is in a room and in good condition. YAY! Stace! I have her cell and may call her later. She is probably very tired at this point, having gotten little sleep last night. God Bless!

It is 4:25 pm Eastern Time and Stacie is now in recovery. They won't release her condition to the patient info desk until she's in a room which should be by around 5:30. I can only imagine she is fine, since she is in recovery and expected to be in a room by 5:30. Let's all give a cautious, "yay Stacie!". God Bless!
