Jefferson Health System

"I was left to lay alone, without a callbutton within reach for hours on end.My cries mostly went unanswered, and if someone did show up,it was to tell me"you're not my patient" or "It's almost time for me to go home" or "We're short-staffed and I don't have time for you now" The only time the nursing staff was attentive was during visiting hours, when my family was present. This was the most horrendous hospital stay I've ever had. I will not return to this hospital."

Marc Tucker

"Dr.Marc Tucker was very professional at our 1st meeting, explaining the different types of WLS,the risks, etc. He did seem a bit aloof but I found this to not be the case as time passed.Dr.Tucker is dedicated to his patients and their well-being,and readily available to answer questions or address problems that may arise. His office staff is both knowledgeable and supportive, especially his office assistant,Chrissie. She helps you to schedule all of the pre-op tests(which are many~!)Dr. Tucker is very thorough in his assessment of possible patients and wants them to be in as healthy a condition as possible prior to surgery.I like Dr. Tucker and admire him.I chose the right surgeon for me.I was very confident in his laproscopic skills as he has been perfoming all types of lap surgery for the past 15 years.I would recommend my surgeon highly.
