Hello.....I just want to wish you all the luck in the world on your surgery! I will be praying that you have a safe and speedy recovery. Kelly - I am obsessed too! My surgery is August 15, and I am convinced it is not going to happen. Something is going to go wrong, I just know it. I am on this site 5-6 times a day and can't seem to read enough or learn enough. Good luck on your surgery. I am sure yours will go fine and hopefully mine too!

Hi Kelly, I'm just starting my journey but I felt lead to be an angel to someone in need.. Lua goes in on June 12th.. she lives 90 minutes from me but we communicate many times a day by email and I'll be seeing her off at the airport (she's going to California for her surgery and we live in Oregon). So to answer your question..NO you don't have to have had your surgery to be an angel. Good luck finding your angel, and on your surgery! Peace! Julie

hi kelly congrats your sur is almost here. i had mine last tues and doing great!!! my fears were for my children 12, 7 and 4 but i prayed and prayed and prayed. Our God IS GOOD. i would be glad to be your angel but i live in ms and i would have ot be a long distance one but i could post for you when you are in the hospital, you may can find one closer by going to your peers and click on your state and see if anyone is close to you. Kelly, An angel is someone who keeps us all updated on your progress when you have the surgery. It is nice to have one that is close by, that way they can come and see you when you are in the hospital. But they don't need to be. I loved reading your profile about just living! Your grandmother has it right! I am 34 mom of 4 and I had the surgery 8 weeeks ago and I feel great! God Bless you on this jouney!
