My first impression of Dr. Provost was that he reminded me of Dana Carvey a little. He was pleasant, caring, and confident. He does give little eye contact, as I've read others mention about him. Aftercare and exercise were both emphasized a great deal- he wants a lifetime commitment to both. He was a bit pressed for time as he was running late, but he did let me skim through my list to see if there was anything he did not cover. He also apologized and assured me that I would get all my questions answered.. later.
His staff was terrific! David (insurance guy) was surprisingly friendly and funny, much different than I expected after our few phone conversations. Lois (nurse) and Michelle (dietician) were both warm, helpful, and friendly, as well. After a 10 month wait, my consultation with Dr. Provost yesterday was better than I hoped it would be!
