Dear Elizabeth, Please get well soon!Plenty of rest and short walks will keep you strong.Lots of water will keep you flushed out with all those antibiotics.Eat lots of yogurt and keep up on your protein.Please feel to write when you are able:)

Sorry to hear you've had pnuemonia, sure can drag you down. Now more than ever you need to keep up your fluids, vitamins & proteins. Do extra deep breathing exercises & take naps. Ask your Dr what you can take to keep your antibiotic from upsetting your pouch. I hope you get better soon.

I visited Liz in the hospital yesterday, and she's doing extremely well. Uncomfortable, of course, but walking and walking. She looked great and it glad it's over! Now the fun begins!

Elizabeth~~Here's to a quick happy recovery. Remember to walk, walk, walk, drink, drink, drink and cough, cough, cough. Use the incentive spirometer not matter how much you hate it.
