Wendy had to undergo emergency surgery Thursday evening July 11th. There was some sort of problem with her gastric tube (it was taken out on Tues. July 9th) and fluid was in her abdominal cavity. Keep in mind a groggy Wendy was giving me this info so it may not be 100% accurate. She seems to be doing better and hopes to go home Sunday or Monday. She is in my old Room 627 at Mcleod Regional Medical Center in Florence SC. Get Well Wishes to Wendy!

Per Wendy's Uncle John she was able to have the surgery Lap (she had thought it was going to be done open so this was a nice surprise) and she had it on Friday 7-5 and went home yesterday 7-8. Way to go Wendy! You have done so well :)
