Hi Andrea: I am 5 weeks post op and still can only eat 2 oz of food at a meal. You need to eat protien first. then a little of every thing else. Ieat almost any thing I want except sugar and highfat foods. chew very well and If you need to eat beefjerky.Its high in protien and will fill you up better than some other foods. just chew chew chew. drink protien shakes if you have to but slow down. call you dr. and ask him what you should be eating.Please let me know what you decide to do I really am interested in your progress.
