I talked to Debb Watson tonight, she had surgery this past Monday, she sounded fantastic, & goin home Friday. Hope to see some more updates from you. Take care!

I will be going to the Dr. in the morning to get the rest of my staples out and to see how much weight I have lost. I am so sorry that I have not been keeping in touch. I have been doing great. No nausia I have dumped 2 times it did hurt a little but I got over it. I really would like to thank everyone for praying for me and also my DEAR ANGEL Sheryl Titone. I love you all and I am so glad to be on the losing side. Thanks

i just called sheila's house & got some very good news...she wasnt home!!! she is out & about & feeling very good. she hasnt taken a pain pill since 3 am, her pain level is very low & she is just suffering from those post op muscle aches. WAY TO GO SHEILA! keep up the good work.

This Is Sheila I have been home since Sunday and I am doing very well. I get up and walk around to try to get out the sorness. I eat as much as i can take not stuffing myself. I do not regret not one bit having this surgery. I have lost some weight do not know how much but enough to be able to tell. I thank you all for the prayers and the post that i got on my card. Sheryl Thanks so much for checking in with me and I am so sorry that I did not get to talk to you but once, YOu are the sweetest. Vicki cooper printed out my card and brought it thank you so much for that.

ok i have redeemed myself. i spoke with sheila tonight & she sounds terrific. her pain is being controlled with pca, but that comes out tomorrow. today she was on clear liquids. she steps up to pureed tomorrow & hopes to go home on sunday.

its bad me again. i didnt get to speak to sheila today either. i feel really bad about this & feel as tho i am being neglectful of my angelettes. BUT, the good news is that we have a brand new member to AMOS as of today & she took it upon herself to visit sheila in the hospital. she printed her card too, & took it with her. then she went hope & updated all of us on sheila's condition & sent me an email. her name is VICKEY COOPER & i appoint her sheila's co-angel because thats just what she is...an angel. i dont think sheila will mind at all. VICKEY BLESS YOUR HEART! welcome to our family!! and thanks for doing what i was not able to do today.sheila my prayers r with u as always for a speedy recovery. i am so glad u r doing so well. i promise to speak to u tomorrow.

Oh I completely forgot, I printed the card out and took it to Shelia, so she has in her possession everybody's messages wishing her well. She had a big smile on her face while looking at it, so I know it meant alot to her.
