Crystal, It will be too late probably for you to read this before you go in. BUt I am thinking of you and sending you healing and light through this period. You are a beautiful gal at 320 and you will fel so much better after this surgery. I am 6 weeks post. Tired but 40 lbs down. Take Care!

Yay! Your day is finally around the corner. I guess you'll be dressing up as a patient at a hospital for Halloween! Best wishes to you for an uneventful surgery and a speedy recovery. :) At least you'll be far away from the candy, a lot of us will be slapping ourselves come tomorrow eve. Best to you!
