Good MORNING - and a Happy TWO YEAR Re-birthday to you!!! I found this quote and just love it! When running up a hill, it’s alright to give up as many times as you wish – as long as your feet keep moving. By - Shoma Morita M.D. I can only imagine that your experience has been wonderful. Full of changes and new experiences. Congratulations to YOU!!! If you have an opportunity and/or haven’t already, please stop by and update your profile! We’d all love to know how well you’ve progressed!!! If you have a few moments, please take the time to send well wishes to your fellow “re-birthday” buddies!!! It’s a great boost to them as well as yourself. Have a FANTASTIC DAY! RNY 10/31/03 257/136 at GOAL!!! - I know the south has been battered badly with all the recent storms. I hope it hasn't caused too much harm or damage to your, your family or friends. Be safe!

ROBIN~~ The dreaded plateau is a natural part of the weight-loss game. Yet, it is not the end of the road... I was on a plateau for 4 weeks.... but, it will pass...just keep doing the right things.

Robin, I was in the same boat, only slower! I hit a plateau at only 3 1/2 weeks. You are doing great. As of now, I am almost 7 weeks out and have lost 32lbs. So, we all lose differently. If I can help in any way, please let me know. In the meantime, congratulate yourself for your success!!

yes , you ate too much at just 10 days out. your pouch is swollen from the surgery and its trying to heal. you were eating lettuce ? yuck, i would be afraid it would get stuck in the pouch outlet. anyway be very carefull with your pouch you dont want to stretch it or cause other problems.
