Taking the stairs

I am committed to taking the stairs at work. Now that I'm lighter, my circulation has improved, my legs don't go numb, I don't run out of breath so quickly and my knees don't hurt so bad. All those things make exercise a breeze. 5.5 flights of stairs, i do that at least twice a day.What skinny people don't realize is exercise is excruciating for people who are overweight. And that's just physically, emotionally I guess you could say that's excruciating too. If the skinny folk walked a day in our shoes, they may have more empathy for what we endure.
