Recommitment to jump start weight loss

 I'm stalled out. 158lbs, and I want to lose 38 more. 

I have noticed I'm getting a little lax with my rules. Initially I felt like all the rules given to me we're things I noticed my body naturally doing. Example: don't eat and drink at the same time, or to avoid bread pasta or sticky food. These came naturally.Now sometimes I'll cheat with a bowl of Cheerios. A very tiny bowl, but a cheat none the less. Or I'll have a diet coke. I know. Carbonation is the enemy, and I'm always in some level of pain from the gas. But I love soda. 

I think what really works for me about this surgery, is that even if I do cheat its always limited in volume. But I find this is the excuse I'm using to have that bowl of cereal. 

Today I did great. Big pat on the back for me. Here's what today looked like:
Breakfast- protein shake
Snack- cheese string, protein juice concentrate
Lunch- proti diet chicken soup
Snack- 2 more cheese string
Dinner- 2 boiled eggs, and 3 peices of back bacon. 

At dinner I noticed I was craving carbs bad. I wanted a bagel so badly. So with dinner I made one piece of toast. As instructed I ate the protein first. I had a 3rd boiled egg that I couldn't even eat. There was no way I was touching the toast. Take that carb craving! I own you. Rahhhhh
