4 more days!

Jan 14, 2010

This is my first blog post!  I am getting very excited for my surgery but also very nervous.  I almost still can't believe I am actually doing this!   My surgery is not covered under my insurance so I am paying for it with the help of my mother.  That is the only thing I would change about this whole process, I wish my insurance did cover it!  But with that being said, loan is set and we are good to go!  Right now I am still trying to find the best tasting protein, I bought the isopure but I am looking around to buy more.  I heard that Jay Robb and Unjury are good, anyone tried these? I do not have a pre-op diet like some people I am reading about, I only have to be on liquids the day before surgery and nothing to eat or drink after midnight the night of surgery. I am still nervous about eating after the surgery, like will I really feel full off of such a small amount of food, or liquids in the beginning?  Will it be weird not being able to chew anything for over two weeks?  All the questions I have I will soon find out, but I will also be seeing results soon.  Which will make it all worth it!  I am going to take all my measurements Monday so I can keep track of my progress.  Spring semester is about to start so my life and my friends lives start to get crazy again!  Some of us go back off to school, so at least they will be able to follow my progress online!  If I don't post before surgery, I will talk to you all on the other side!  Ahhhh!!! So excited!!
