Just got a call from Amber's husband! Amber is now on the losing side. They were able to do the surgery Lap! I'm so happy for Amber. Please wish Amber well. Love you girl!

Hi, Amber: Good luck tomorrow. I am going in the same day as you and I know we will both be fine and losers before we know it. Amber, you have many messages posted in front of me, and I have nothing profound to add--but I just want to add myself to the rest of your WLS family in wishing you a totally uneventful recovery! My surgery is 8/31/04, and I'm already in a constant state of "butterflies," so I can only imagine the "day before" emotions! I'm very excited for you after reading your profile and seeing how patient you've had to be! May God be beside you and with your caretakers!
