I heard your surgery was coming up and now that I have a date, I know the mixed feelings - elation and terror - all at the same time. Hang in there, my friend!! You'll be on the losing side soon and in great shape! God bless, Jan

Amber, It's been such a pleasure to get to know you better and better. I want you to know that you mean a lot to me. We have a lot of common things we share. I only wish that you lived closer. One day I'm coming to Virginia Beach just to meet you and Vern! I'm very happy to see you finally getting this surgery. It's going to change your life and so fast. It's amazing how much my life has changed in just under 3 months time. I can hardly believe it! I'm always here if you need someone to talk to! Love you lots. May God watch over you and also bless the surgeon's hand to do the very best work. I can't wait to hear you are on the losing side!!

Congratulations on your upcoming surgery and your new lifetime journey on the losing side. Right now you are probably on a rollercoaster emotionally - excited, nervous, scared.... This is normal - don't let it freak you out. Take the time over the next few days and 'center' yourself mentally - focus your mind on other things and keep yourself physically busy too. You will find that your big day will be here in no time and you will be calm and ready for it. We will be here ready to welcome you over to the losing side and support you in your journey. Good luck and hope everything goes well for you. Sarah G LapRNY 6/22/04 295/258/150
