Hello all!
I am new to this website. I found it with my Doctors help. I am 24 years old living in Southern California my whole life. Weight has always been a big issue with me. I was always the "fat" one in school...Always the one who wanted to sit in the back of the class room so I would not be looked at by everyone. I have held myself back from a lot of things in my life, and I want that to stop soon!
Two years ago I went on an all liquid diet from my Doctor. (optifast) I spend three months drinking nothing but 5 shakes a day! (I know...crazy right?) Well that had to be one of the most expensive diet I have ever tried..BUT IT WORKED! Yes, it worked for those three months. Then after....I put it all back on!!! 
I am happy to say that I have had the Gastric Sleeve on Feb 19th 2011 with Dr. Ali (fountain valley). Even though I am only 2 weeks out as of right now, I feel wonderful! 30 pounds lost is a great feeling, but I still have WAY more to go!
