1st meat

So, I tried some Chicken of the Sea Salmon for my first meat... so far so good.  I mixed it with some lowfat mayo, salt and pepper and at it with 2 crackers.  I was full after 2 crackers of it.  The whole packet has 13 grams of protein, 0 carbs, 70 calories and 2 grams of fat.  I did mix it with low fat mayo, so that added a little more fat and calories, but I think it will be a pretty good meal to keep eating.
