Feeling so great in my own skin!  I am down a total of 160lbs from highest weight.  The weight loss is slowing but I know I am just gonna kick start the rest of the weight off in a matter of time!  I wanna mantain a healthy life n feel like this all the time!  Here is some pictures!  :)

 100 lbs down sense I started 9 mo ago and just wanted to post real quick about the accomplishment!!  So Excited for the future!

Two Weeks post op & feeling pretty good!!  I am not doin too well with getting all of my stuff in but that will come with time & now that I'm on puree foods I want to start cooking again!!  This should help me as well cause one meal could last me days!!  Have not posted on here in a while!  I have no regrets, just need to remind myself everything will happen @ my own pace not anyone else's!  I do have plans of what month I would like to be a certain weight!  215 by December 25th would be so grand but am I setting myself up because I keep hearing about the 2-4 week stall!  I am very afraid of that, cause I love loosing a lb almost every day!!  So I am looking to the goal which will force me to work even harder!  I don't want to feel set back!   I will be ready to check my measurements then tho compare them to before! 

It is weird being off work for so long!  But I know the time off is good for me & if I can I may as well use the time for me!  To learn how things will be different with body!  My NUT said to me to just enjoy my time off!  I am also feeling some stress from Mom & work making sure things are straight and stuff!!  I'm gonna have to probably use a couple days of partial disability, to get paid a little!!  I had a good bit of time saved up at work!  Anyways!!

I am so excited to see what the future has for me and everyone around me!!  I am so happy with my decision & would do it all over again!  I've even been getting compliments already!! 

Well if you are this far, thanks for reading my thoughts! lol!!  I appreciate everyone here!

 I don't feel to bad today, but it has been a fight of good and evil!!  I just keep trying to tell myself that I can do this & I need this tool!!  They say to have 6 Carnation Instand Breakfast (NSA) 6x's a day but I had 1/2 c. of  SF. Jello & 2 1/2c. broth & lots of H2O!!  Would it hurt if I don't drink that 6th pkt.?   Or should I make sure I get that in???  I'd appreciate any advice??

 Well @ the appt on Friday they explained they moved my surgery date back a week to the 8th of Nov. because I had gotten bit by a tick & I'm on antibiotics for it!!   So they felt that I should wait a little bit!!  This just disappoints me tho!!   

Guess I just need to look on the positive ;  8 is my fav. number, I will not miss the next support group which is on the 2nd, & now I have 2 weeks off work before, unstead of one!!  :)  

    Well I am so excited to have my surgery approved and a date!!! I canot wait!!  I meet w/ one of the Dr.'s on Friday and get all of my next instructions!!  Surgery date is on Nov 1 !!!!   As of this morning I weighed 263lbs when I first started my pre-op diet I weighed 327, my heighest weight!!  I am so ready for my vacation from work too!!  

Things have been so stressful lately tho, I felt like I couldn't even be excited for hearing the news that I was finally approved!!  I hope everything just works it self out!!  

   So now everything is finally done!!  Got the go-ahead with the physic eval. today & everything else is completed!!  I am so excited!!
I have lost a total of 60lbs but have barely lost anything the past couple weeks!!  I don't know what my problem is I keep fluctuating between 3 lbs and it will not move the way I would like it to!!  I do keep reminding myself that I did just start Birthcontrol pills, I know that that will not help anyone in the weight department!!!  I guess I just need to buckel down and be even more strict with myself!!   I have already done so much changing!!  I hope no one ever says this was the easy way out, because they will sure get an ear full!!   Well hoping my next post will be about my approval phone call!!  Hope everyone is doing well!!   

 I went to my 2nd Dr appt with the Dr. on 9-26!  My first appt. with him sense my 1st one over 6mo ago!  He was very pleased with the amount of weight I have lost already in my pre op diet!   But now is telling me that sense my BMI has gone down considerably that I may not qualify for the VSG!!  Now here I was feeling somewhat relieved that I made a decision that was best for me and I might be stuck getting the RNY!!  They are now gonna send into the insurance co. regarding both surgeries and I guess hope for the best!!  I hope they realize I worked my butt off to this point and don't see why I cannot get the type of surgery I want!!!  We shall see!!          

I have decided on the VSG!!   Had my last nutritionist appt. today before surgery & I have lost 8 more lbs, so now I have lost a total of 60 lbs in the last 6 months!! My nutritionist was telling me she wishes everyone was like me!! lol!! Not expecting the surgery to be the answer to everything! .....  I only have to wait for my physic(sp?) eval. on 10-07, Then a couple weeks for my insurance to approve me for surgery!!  Hope everyone is doing well  xoxo
