I'm in Onederland and it feels wonderful!!! - As of 3/26/2013 I now weigh 199.7lbs.   HW: 250 lbs SW: 245 lbs GW: 124 then gain 10-15 lbs pure muscle to be 135-139 lbs CW: 199.7 !!!!!!!!!!!!

....AND THE GUILT SETS IN *SIGH* - I am just about 9 weeks post op ( will be 9 weeks on the dot on Saturday 03/09/2013).  I started today off pretty good I would say...I had about 12 oz water, with my supplements...

8 weeks out and only 41 lbs lost...WHAT CAN I DO T - I must admit that I am not getting in 70g of protein...One of my co-workers that have  is 4 yrs post op told me that her doctor told her that if she isnt hungry to just not eat....

PLATEAU 1 MONTH POST OP REVISION BAND TO RNY - I am sooo upset I havent lost any weight in 5 days... I am consuming less than I did when I first got out of the hospital 12/27/12
