3 Months In....

3 Months in...and what a wild ride it has been! I've been depressed at the apparent lack of progress....athough it is all in my head (or most of it)....I can see that the clothes are baggy....and some plain ol' sliding off. It was a tough road, but now I am seeing the ME with real honest eyes...and am happily losing.
My boyfriend had RNY in February 2012 and me in June 2012...so I started the bariatric diet in February 2012 in order to be more supportive of him. Food has really lost it's 'magical appeal' for me...no longer does it hold the key to unlock the miseries that exist within us all. It still smells good, but I can pass up on goodies, without a problem.
Hope all is well with everyone and that the future is as bright as the sun!
