Feeling great! I am eating more of a variety of foods. I am finding out what goes down easier and smoother. I am focusing on getting my protein in. My favorite meat has been fish. It is really soft and tasty and goes down smoothly. It has been harder to drink just plain water. I seem to drink more fluids if it's crystal light. I have not been able to digest chicken as easy and in some cases no more than one to two bites. Ground beef has been ok and I love spinach salads. I returned to the gym last week and I have incorporated strength training. I have lost a total of 40 lbs and my BMI has already gone from 40.6 to 33.4. My clothes fit so much better and I truly have so much more energy. I am so thankful for this opportunity that I have been given to extend my life.
