"Dr. Noel was very patient. He explained the procedure and risks very well. He also answered all my questions. If there was a negative it is not about him but the office staff - very hurrid... The office wait is also long so please be prepared ~ 3 hrs each visit. I did my research and I know that Dr. Williams is the best in Philadelphia so I don't mind the wait."
