"I love the surgeon I chose! He is incrediable. He really makes you jump through some hoops even before getting the to the procedure but it's all in the name of care and safety for my well being. I am a firm believer that follow up is the key to success for this procedure. He insures sucess with his requirements in the program. A lot of Pre-Opt requirements, and extensive follow-up requirements as well. He is very up front and doesn't candy coat any of the details or expectations. He and his office staff are great to deal with. He remembered me from his seminar I attended which impressed me and Pam who works closely with him also has a great memory as everytime I call it's obvious that she knows exactly who I am and sometimes even why I'm calling before I can get it out.
