Monday 25th - ZIP ZIP ZIP 
Today, I feel very energized. I've been zipping around the office all morning. However, I still got that afternoon crash.
My PT said i wasnt taking in enough calories, so I upped the count from 900-1100 to 1200-1500. Accourding to thedailyplate.com, Your calorie goal indicates that your total caloric intake should be around 1,593 calories to lose 3.0 pounds a week.
I try to keep it under that 1593/1600.

Tuesday 26th

Today, I feel very zippy. I have lots of energy & its lasted me throughout the day! I also feel warmer today. MAN i feel like im on fire today!! I have so much energy. I notice a distinct different in my energy level from last week (when i wasnt taking vits) to now.

Wednesday the 27th
Today I feel very sore, stiff, cranky & acky. i still feel zippy, my body just wont let me be as zippy as i was yesterday.

Thursday the 28th
I started off the day by giving blood for my labs which left me feeling cold, drained & tired.
I drank lots of fluids today & did a 5k on the TM - & now im feeling pretty good. I ROCKED IT!!! I felt so good today - i did a 5k in the evening - my numbers have been pretty good all week! Ive been consistently taking my vits & downed 72oz of water today.

UGH Friday the 29th was SO HARD!
Why O Why did i have to stop by that table outside the cafeteria boasting nothing but a bunch of delicious goodies all in the name of donations for Haiti! I totally got sucked in by the Krispy Kremes, bagels, cakes, brownies, & Hobbies blueberry coffee cake - all donated by the shops for the cause.
I got a 1/2 dz of krispy kreme glazed & that was the end...

I was so tired - I was suppose to do another 5k (especialy after those donuts) but I could barely make it to 2 miles. I knida felt like a failure, but I guess something is better than nothing. I swear, when it comes to food, sometimes it seems like i have no will power whatsoever.
Even though i felt ashamed for eating the KKs, that didnt stop me from having another one :(

Saturday the 30th
I was very tired, sluggish, stayed inside all day & felt like crap. I came to the conclusion that i was carbbed out.
I totally had NO energy all day.
