I had my 3 month check up with my doctor today. He said he's giving me an A+. I know that I haven't lost as fast as others or even as much as others but he thinks I'm doing great. He's sweet...not to mention a close personal friend of mine and my husbands. (golfing buddy)I lost another 2 inches from my waist as well as a couple from my hips and thighs. So, the fact that I've only lost a few pounds this month is okay.
Overall feeling really great. Off all meds except for the cholesterol medicine. The labs looked great but the Dr wants to see one more lab in 3 months.
