Well, I've always been overweight. I guess you could say since birth. I was practically an 11 pound baby! I was teased a lot through all my years of schooling and I feel like that has a lot to do with my lack of self confidence. I struggled with my weight all through high school. With bouts of serious dieting with serious weight loss and absolute binge eating that sent me into a whirlwind of failure and ultimately gaining all the weight back. I've tried weight watchers, low carb, low fat, low EVERYTHING and even diet pills.  I was always above 200 pounds but when i was 18, i became pregnant with my daughter and my weight spiraled out of control. When I gave birth I was 275 pounds. And you know about that rumor that states that giving birth and breastfeeding is the best route back to your pre-pregnancy body? (which sucked anyways!) ITS NOT TRUE, becuase a year later i weigh 255 pounds and im sick of it! But this isnt a spur of the moment thing. I started my reasearch before i got pregnant when my weight started to, um, elevate? lol. But now im ready to go for it. I will appriciate any advice i recieve and would love to hear about everyones storys!
