almost three weeks out..

almost three weeks out..everyday wondering if this was the right decision because i don't feel well. i would give almost anything to feel okay again. i know it takes time.

before the surgery, i never second guessed my decision. i knew, and still know, in the long run, it will all be worth it.

having a really hard time getting all my protein in, trying new things slowly on the soft diet. always scared to put something new in me. but so far so good. although  i constantly have a bad taste in my mouth and a lump in my throat, just have to try to ignore it and force myself.

hoping each day will be easier...
