NEED TO LOSE 80 POUNDS,,,,,help me

Help me reach my goal weight with advice,motivation and a following of supporting friends.Need to lose 40 to see the surgeon again.My plan is to hopefully continue to update my progess to any1 that is intrested and that in return will help motivate myself to do better.I have a diet plan and joined a gym and use the treadmill.Motivation is low at times and could use a few words of support from time to time.Please welcome me to this site with kind words and friendship requests.I will be trying hard to succeed.TY in advance for any support and advice.
