I'm a big guy, my immediate family is big. My Brother played D1-AA football and I played in HS. I still play golf and softball, and now I'm trying to focus my attention to my new family and my stepdaughter. So far, medically, sleep apnia, is all I have. Maybe I'm lucky, maybe I havn't done enough damage yet. I don't want to wait for a heart attack to change my life. But I need help. I've dieted, worked out, took supplementals all with no avail. I am a card carrying member of the "Clean your Plate" Club, and I need to tear it up and move on. I'm tired of being winded running the bases. I hate not being able to walk into a store and find the right size and having to pay more for clothes. I'm ready for a change in me.
