"My first impression of Dr. Smith was from his website!! I automatically knew he was the Surgeon for me. I wanted someone who knew what I would be going through. Not just a text book side effect. He seemed to be a genuine family man & christian man. His office stafe is what really confirmed my decision. Everyone in his office was so polite & showed concerment. I wasn't treated like I was interrupting when I called the office. rnrnDr. Smith & his staff strongly stressed being informed. THey have a virtual informational called EMMI which shows you exactly what they will do to you the day of surgery & how you should follow after care instructions. Everything in the short movie trailer describes every side effect & health risk you can imagine. It allows you to think of question you may have forgotten to ask while you were in the office the last time. I give him & his office staff an A+ for professionalism, surgical competence, & bedside manners!!!"
