Never Too Late to Start Again

It's been so long since I've added anything. It's been great to see where I started. I have not gained and I have not lost. I have been maintaining a 45 pound weight loss for 2 years. I am not where I want to be, however, and I need to get back on track with exercise, eating right and trying to get to my sweet spot. It's hard to know that if I go tighter I will not be able to eat as much and the minute I think about a fill, I will get stuck at my next meal. Now, if that doesn't show me how psychological this all is, I don't know what does. Goals for today:1. Call and make an appointment for a fill.
2. Take a walk, start slow and build up.
3. Eat protein first.
4. Drink water.
5. 6 healthy well spaced meals and snacks.
One step at a time, one day at a time.
