"I was told that Dr. Oakley's bedside manner left a little to be desired, but I did not find that to be the case. Is he warm and fuzzy and a cheerleader? No. Is that a quality I necessarily want in a surgeon? Not necessarily. I found him to be serious, firm, honest, realistic, and professional.
In the hospital he gave me confidence that things would go well, and that I was in good hands. I don't know what more I could have asked for!
The office staff is excellent and they really have things very well organized, which it extremely helpful! I always knew what to expect, always got my questions answered, no matter how silly they may have been and everyone was friendly and encouraging. Jenn is especially the best!"
