Did my measurements

Last night I did my measurements for the before and after. I have never been one that didn't know how big I am. But I had no idea that I was just as big around as I am tall. I don't know how I got here. How I was able to get this big before I did something about it. I would never give up on a friend the way I gave up on myself. I don't under stand how or why I am still alive being so big. I have to loss more then a person over 200 pounds. That's a 1.5 of another person, crazy to think about. BUT there is a light.... I see the light at the end of this very long road.
