"Dr. Poplawski was very personable and confident he asked very pointed and complete questions. I felt after speaking with him that he one was qualified and two would take great care of me. He had a good sense of humor and had me feeling comfortable. BTC did not seem organized but after I complained, they more than compensated as the office I was at is new. Office manager responded and moved eveything quickly. "
