WEEK 13 REALLY STARTING TO SEE RESULTS

I'm extremely happy! I stepped on a scale yesterday with all of my clothes and shoes on and weighed in at 205 yeeeeeeeeessssssssss!!! I haven't seen this number in almost a decade! When I did the consultation, I explained my situation and limitations with lifting. The trainer gave me a tutorial of machines and exercises I could do safely and to get good results. I'm amazed at how hard I've been working at it, I've gone everyday except for when I was sick. Normally I give up when things get hard. The weight is falling off even quicker and I'm seeing definition in my arms, legs, thighs etc...This has been an incredible, amazing, terrific journey. My initial goal was to lose 102 lbs. I can't believe I have 25lbs left!!!! I'm sticking with my goal even though I expect to go smaller. I can't wait to get to 199 lol...that calls for a celebration!!!!!
