~~~~ Can we say GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAL ~~~~~~ Well I know I can now! I just thought I'd share with the AMOS family that I've reached my goal on my weight loss journey! I've lost a total of 171 pounds putting me weighing in at 175 now! I have a BMI of 27 now and I'm happy with that! Once I have PS it will surely come down a bit then too! Thanks to everyone here for being such wonderful support and if there is anything I could ever do for any of you just e-mail me and I'd be happy to help! HUGS!

She's done such a fantastic job in her overall weight loss (142 lbs gone, to date) and is feeling and looking better then she has in many many years. She and I have been friends for many years now and it was by accident that we found out that each of us were looking into having the surgery. hehehe, thankfully, SHE went first and was the "guinea pig" in it all.
