2 Year Bandiversary

This is a day after my two year bandiversary! Almost let it slip by. I never thought on that day two years ago that I would be where I am today. It was a journey of learning a new behavior with the help of my band. I have not made my original goal weight of 165 lbs, I am 165 lbs. My doctor thinks that where I am right now is a good weight, so I guess he's the doctor and should know what he is talking about. I am so happy with my life. I am now at a healthy place, take less medications, can enjoy activities that I never could before. I did my research before deciding on the lapband, and I made the right choice.SW 288 lbs CW 165 lbs GW 165 Height 5'7"
