Well the Doctors visit went well...got to see the 2 girls that were in the hospital with me ....I felt bad because one of them was having some problems with what she was able to eat....But she looked real good...I am 1 week from eating regular food...I cant wait to dive into a salad...I guess that is the most popular thing that is missed by WLS patients...I have lost 22% of my weight so far...the nurse said that was good....I am happy with my results 
3 week check up

Today is my 3 week check up with my surgeon...I am sure he is gonna tell me that everything is going good because I feel great and am loosing weight...about 10lbs a week...loosing inches too...so I will let you know what he says later
