One year surgiversary!!!!

Yesterday was my one year surgiversary. I am a new person! I often do not get recognized, and I love that. I am a healthier person and happier Mother and wife. I also had heart surgery the day after my RNY, so today is the anniversary of that. I am alive and thrilled!!!
I have had the support of my WETEO friends on OH, and that was a big part of my therapy and support system. I changed my carreer, I changed my lifestyle. I am happy and healthy. I sleep well, I eat well - and often (). I have great friends, and I have the love of an amazing man. It has been the year of change. I am blessed. and I still follow ALL the rules!
