3 wks out

Its been 3 wks now and am doing very well. I can't wait until my 6 wk check up to get my first fill, I'm getting concerned I'm eating to much and feel i need the restriction soon. I'm worried about liquids, I'm never thirsty unless its hot, I don't think I'm sipping enough, I keep forgetting it. I think about cake and sweets less and less and am trying to focus on my goals and am going to make a meal plan for the week Sunday so i don't falter. I have to be more organized or i know i will fail. I've been to a restaurant twice now and have eaten very small meals and that feels like a victory because the more i read here the more i realize I'm a volume eater. I eat all day but when i eat i used to really eat a lot and look for sweets after. a lot of people are rooting for me at work and I've appreciated all their support, but i need to root for myself also. I've been mostly excited and upbeat which is unusual for me, I hope it continues.
