I am finally at 168 today. I am so happy. I am going to the job search tomorrow for interview. I will let you know how it goes. My husband and I are going to bowlake on tuesday but I am leaving Thursday.

Hi everybody,
In month of May which is almost over. I just celebrated 6 months since my surgery 11/19/08. I am 8 lbs from 100 lbs loss. Everybody is ahead of me. Oh well,
I just finally walk on my own in almost since 2 half months of not walking on my own. I finally walked to my daughter's track meet game yesterday. Everybody was shocked. They were not sure if it was me. The parents went up to my daughter katy and asked where is your mother? or poor her i hope she feeling better I know with all that weigh she is carry must be hard for her. I was just standing right next to few parents while they were talking to my daughter katy. Then I said excuse me.. Then the parent ask katy oh is that nice of your aunt to come to the game! I was horrified. I said I am her mother...They looked at me and they turned me around and said where did all the fat go???
Then the parent said oh poor megan she must be sick she must have Cancer. I said No I do not.
I am heathly as a horse! Katy laughed so hard.
Then I been cleaning my room. I gave away all of 3xL clothes and other stuff. I did alot of excerise I should have lost that 8lbs..

Hi Today is Feb 25th

I have not reach my goal of 199 by feb 25th. Oh well maybe it be done by March 1st.
At least I loss 70 lbs in about 3 months and one week out.
I have not gone back to work. Maybe I'll go tomorrow.
My kids been sick and I have been sick. It is actually my first day off today without the kids.
I am going to do my homework. Before I know it September will be around before I graduate from College.

I am two month post up today

I weigh at 217lbs. I hope to be 199 by feb 25. That my personal goal. I went back to work 2 weeks ago. I am gradually going to work more hours then 3-4 hours a day I am going for 6 hours next week Monday.

I am surviving almost 2 months post op

I lost weight after surgery over about 25 lbs but total is 50 lbs.
I am having hard time keeping the food down. I guess I have go more slowly to eat.
I am happy that my weight is coming off. I hope to be 199 by feb 25th. Pray for me

Hi
I had the surgery on the 19th of November. That something my husband and I never expect it to happen. I had problem that the surgeon found during surgery and he repaired 2 holes in my small intintines. I was in recovery room all day and night due to low rate heart and I was on venilitor for about 2 hours.
The nurse said they were going to put it back on me the tube I said No way just turn me over. I did turned over and my heart rate went back up.
I had nothing to drink and eat for 2 days.
I finally drank liquid 3rd day and then diet liquid... 4th day and I was up and walking 2 nd day of surgery. I developed a fever and they did the test to find out why and did the swallow test make sure no leak nothing.
I retained alot of fluids in my lungs and throughout my body.
I was sent home Saturday on Nov 24th.
I decided to get rid of fluids was to put pillows and suitcase under my legs to elvated my legs higher than my chest i did for 3 hours oh boy did I go bathroom!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I went all night no sleep through the 3rd day. I got better I am back to my old self.
I cant return to school. I am going to try for this Saturday...
I went to the doctor today I lost 11 lbs in one week and half. I go back to the doctor on December 20th. For Diet Advancement and dr visit.
I am going to lie down now. I had a long ride today to the doctor and back to Maine.

My Surgery is like in 9 more days. I would need an angel to support me. I hope you all pray for me!
I can't wait to be on the loser bench. My daughter been sick for couple of days. The doctor put her on medication 2 x times a day. Her bowel and intintines (spell?) It is swollen.. They are not sure if it is a Mass or Bowel movement stuck.
She been going to bathroom a lot. She still has pain. Tuesday they will x ray her again.
I hope it nothing serious.
I am done with classes until Nov 23rd. Hoorahhhhhhhhhhhhh. My husband moved the trailer to the other side in Bow Lake NH for the winter locked it up.I been drinking protien drinks twice a day. I have dinner at night.

I lost 15 lbs.

Today is Sunday;
I am not in a good mood. I cooked yesterday. The Chicken Wings and veggies and salad for my family. I was in a good mood! I had to go to the bathroom. I guess I missed the Mailman because I was expecting the package in the mail.
My friend that who I am mad at. He didn't tell me that the mail man is at the door. He should have taken the package anyway. But he sent it away because it had my old maiden last name on it. My friend from out of state could not remember my new married name.
The mail man ask him is this the right person for this package? My friend said no.
That was at 12 -1 pm. He didn't say anything to me until 5:30P.M. If he had said something to me I would have run to the post office and get it back!
My friend from out of state was trying to send me back the phone that I have lend to her. I was so fricking furious at my friend last night at the supper time. I was sitting down and he told me about the package and he sent it away I was furious!!!!!!!!!!! I told him he should have asked me... I told him is this your house?????? I couldn't even eat my supper last night.
I know I shouldn't have gone overboard... But I was pissed off. I need that phone for work next week....
Today I am making italian spagetti meatballs for the girls and my hubby. I sent my friend home last night. I stayed in my room all night last night. I feel bad for yelling at him.
I had a huge headache for 5 hours last night.
I hope I have a good day. I finish one of my assigment this morning for class due on tuesday. Tuesday we will celebrate Halloween a night before that a regulation of in town of Kittery.

Hi Guys;
Today I came home from the testing for fitting CPAP oh boy what a rough night. The first fitting Mask was okay for few hours but it kept slipping off. Then the mask part of it keeping going up against my nose making my nose go up and it hurt the skin part and the bone facial hurt.
The tech was piss. The tech asked me what you want me do? I am thinking well, he should offer me a different mask.
He went out and got a different mask it was much better and I slept for about 4 hours.
The unhooking wires and mask oh boy it left me a mark on my face! the lines. The tape that came off with the electrode wire it made my skin black and blue expecially on the shoulder part.
I just could not wait to get home. I came home and kiss my husband and the girls and shipped them off to school. I have appointment today 12 30 so I took a bath and watch TV.
Preparing the dinner tonight. Hey guys I am glad to be done with rough part. Only thing is pre op and one more workshop--- Then I am on my way to better life after WLS!
