I think I lost 2 lbs. But I am not going to put it in ticker.. Until I go for Pre OP.
My Sleep Apnea appointment for CPAP is today. They change it from Nov 1 st to today the 25th of October. They were concern that I will not get my machine in time prior to the surgery date.
I went to a Workshop for Foster Parent/Parents conference last night. It was nice to meet people and share our concern for the children in welfare system.
I saw a friend of mine.. She looks great! She loss some weigh, I kindly asked her how? She said she been going to the Gym..I said wow thats nice. I told her I am having surgery next month. I am tired of YO yo diets or Gym. When ever I did the gym, I use the crush bench to tone my stomach I end up gaining weigh!!!!!!!!!!!! I did hire a personal trainer.........
I am glad I made the right decision..My friend didn't have any words to offer or advice. I think she was in shock-and speechless.
Today I have to do my homework assignment on Theory for my class. Talk ya later guys..........

Hi Guys!

Since last week. I been struggling to keep my sugar level down but it coming down now. It was all due to stress and new medication.

Thank alot due to refrigator being broken for a week. My body need time adjusting. I had doctor appointment in Mass. The doctor was impress with my weigh loss 13 lbs! I am thrill!
He asked me how I loss it? I said well the food portion and controlling the intake and some excersing.
I wish they did the measurement see how much inches I lost. I am set for Surgery for Nov 19th.  Bad news I got from dr was that I have sleep apnea. But he said once I lose weigh it should all go away.
I didn't notice I have sleep apnea.
I am just doing my homework yesterday last night and today. I didn't go bed until 12 midnight. I did 5 pages of research on drug and illicit drugs. I also have do the fundementals of management homework today. I am exhausted. I worked 3 days this week. mostly 9 to 5. I usually finish by 2 or 3. I have training on Tuesday in Durham NH for Advocacy and also another training on Nov 2, 3, and 4th 9-5 on sat, sun but Friday 5- 9 pm.
I will be so busy. My pre op all of it is on Nov 5th and I have to be fitted for CPAP on Nov 1 st. I also have group before surgery 6 mths on Nov 8th. Then I be able to relax but I have all the final exams by November 12th. I am going to bed for awhile I am poop out.

Hi everybody;
I had a horriable week! My refrigator broken since last week Saturday. Today is Saturday Sears is here trying fix the refrigator. I think there is problem with it. The guy only been here 5 mins and he is talking to his boss right now. I am hopeless I dont think it will be fixed.
Anyway beside the point.
I saw the doctor yesterday My PCP, He is new. I like him alot. I can't even say his last name Sachetti. But I called him Dr. Peter.
He went over the lab work He said I improved alot since last year November my numbers for Diabetes was 8.4 then August 07 7.0 then WLS Dr. Sta. Ana 6.9 9/07 then October 6.3 !!!! My chestrol is down from 239 in one month to 220.
I told my doctor that WLS Dr reccomend that I go on the chestrol pill the liptior medication my doctor said he didn't want me on it because I am schedule for RNY 11/19. But he prescribed the medication anyway in low dosage.
Everything look good except the Chestrol and TDL and HDL. He said everything will improved when I have RNY. He highly reccomend I have it done! My old doctor Siegel think I don't I needed RNY! He must be blind!!!
Oh other good news is I may have said it but I was on weigh scale yesterday the digital one ...258!!!! better than 270 Lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I did compare all my lab work in last year everything seem to improved.....

P.s Oh, Since refrigator broke I have been eating out take out. I hated it ! My sugar has been very controlled for last 1 month and half been in 90-115 in the morning. But in last 2 or 3 days it been little out of control. I am pissed off at Sears Tech given me all the stress I can't handle.
Oh one more thing the My PcP he decreased my diabetes medication from 2 pills 2 x times day to one pill 2 x day. He said it was dangerous to have low sugar all the time.

Today is Oct 8th, I have been busy all weekend. Friday, I went shopping at WalMart to buy food and clothes for my children's birthdays in a few days and next month.
My refrigator is broken since Saturday. I brought all good food last friday night it is spoiled now. Sears said they would come out sun as emergency but the other person said No there is nobody come out on sundays. Then they said they come out Monday, I called they said they cant do my today due to lack of staff techs...I was furious!!! I have children under 11 years old and We need refrigator!!!
Now they said they will come out tomorrow. I hope they mean it! I have to work tomorrow. But I don't know how I am going to do this. Then I have sleep study tomorrow night.
I had my blood work done today at the lab by my PCP Woo good news
My glouse was 90, my A1c average 3 months 6.3. Everything is normal except for my chrestrol it was 222. But considerly last month it was 110 and A1c 6.9 CSTRL was 249. Big difference in a month.
MY scale shows I lost 10 lbs.
Oh I went to a Wedding last night. Everybody comment that I look good. I been excersing and working and eating less and no soda!!!
My 2nd doctor visit is next Oct 18th I hope It good news.

Hi, Yesterday was the community meeting in Mass. I was required to attend to this session before surgery date Nov 19th 2007. I am also required to attend the 0-6 Months support group on Nov 8th.
I have been feeling good. My blood sugar has been for last month ranging 90-127. 
I think I might have loss more weight. But will see when I go to the Doctor on 18th of October.
Wish me luck
P.s. I have to go to the wedding this weekend. I wish I didn't have to go. I hate looking big. But I guess I will go so my family will get the last picture of me before I go for procedure.
I laugh if they can't remember how big I was. :)
