Almost 1 mt post op

I cannot believe its been a month already. I had a moment of sadness because I wanted a large glass of juice and was unable to have it. As the sadness grow I went to the OH message board and begin to read comments from individuals that felt like me and the replays of encouragement flowed it. I was reminded that I have to give my stomach time to heal. It will not always be as restrictive as it is now. But I am going to focus on my goal.
