I love OH forums....the small town I live in does not have support groups and I do not feel like driving a hour and a half just to attend one. So I read and find encouragement through various post and the other members response. I made it through the holidays and I will return back to work on Jan. 6,2014.  I am so concerned about my eating schedule and my work schedule. I'm trying to be proactive and plan ahead........hopefully I will find some suggestion.
