"Dr. McMahon was very informative at the intial info conference. He presented statistics about weight loss in obese patients and how that had changed over the decades. He also gave stats about how different types of surgery or weight loss programs effectiveness.
Every meeting with him and/or his staff has been not only extremely professional but there is genuine caring for the patients and their particular issues. Dr. McMahon has a sense of humor and isn't afaid to let it show and that makes him more approachable.
The after care follow up with the staff has been good and they have been very responsive to any questions that I have had. They offer support group meetings monthly although I have not been able to attend one yet.
I was especially touched by Dr. McMahon's bedside manner after my surgery while I was still in recovery. I wish every surgeon was so kind."
