My PA seriously screwed up and I am scared!

I found out from my primary doc by accident that my liver is not right. The PA ordered blood work, and only told me that my vitamin A was a little low. I went to the primary Doc because I hurt my back, and she noticed that I had new blood work that was forwarded from the bariatric center. She (the PA at my primary doc's office) was very worried about the test for my liver since it was 10X worse than my levels in Jan (which were normal then). She ordered a repeat test that I will get tomorrow and is having me see the regular doc on Mon since she figured it is real bad.
I wasn't worried, I figured maybe it was related to the rapid weight loss and she wasn't familiar on how to read the labs since the batriatric PA didn't say anything about it.
I went to get my vitamins from the bariatric center, and told them my primary is worried about my liver and wanted to know if it is something normal and maybe she is just not used to the labs due to rapid weight loss. I got a call back from the office secretary saying the PA reviewed the blood work again and yes something is wrong with my liver, but it is not related to the surgery and therefore needs to be followed up by my primary.
I flipped and was nice to the secretary since it is not her fault, but let her know I was pissed that he didn't mention that last month and just tell me to see my primary. I was confused and pissed. Today I called the office and told them I wanted to see the surgeon himself and I refuse to see the PA anymore because he royally and dangerously screwed up on me. I am getting the blood work done and am hoping it is a fluke, because if something is wrong I am scared, and I am going to report him to whatever authorities that watch over Doctors!!
