What is P90X...

In  a nutshell, it is an extreem workout for 90 days. Once your muscles get used to the routine after the first 30 days, BOOM, you change it up to confuse your muscles. Then after another 30 days goes by, BOOM, you change it again, causing more muscle confusion which get SUPER results. Then you go the last 30 days and you will be in the best shape of you life!!!!
